Declaration on data protection and absolute confidentiality of your data
mediXline GmbH works in accordance with the provisions of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and all other data protection regulations.
For the participants this means:
- Scientific nature
- Guarantee of anonymity and compliance with legal data protection regulations
- Prohibition of linking surveys with non-research related activities (e.g. advertising, sales)
- Voluntary participation in the surveys
There is no disclosure of data that will reveal your identity!
The results are presented exclusively in anonymous form as summarized statistics. This means that no one can tell from the results which person it was that provided the information.
Participation in the survey is always voluntary, can be cancelled at any time and there are no disadvantage, if someone will not participate. You can request the deletion of your data during and after the interview. In this case, all and any information you provide will be deleted in full. For mediXline data protection and data security is of particular importance – this also applies to your data!
We are aware that we can only achieve comprehensive acceptance of our business activities, if we create security through concrete measures, behavior and technology. This is why we protect your information by modern security systems and comply with data protection regulations.
We always collect our customer data personally from the person concerned. This enables you to decide for yourself, which data you want to transmit to us. Moreover, you will be aware of the content and scope of your personal data.
Your trust obliges us to process and use your data only for the purposes you authorized us for. Therefore, we will under no circumstances sell your data to third parties or market them otherwise.
We use your personal data in a general sense, to enable you to participate in our surveys by invitation or to process your incentive. In order to maintain our client relationship, it may become necessary for us to process your personal data and share it with our partnering market research companies, in order to be able to respond better to requests and improve the results of a survey. This will only take place in exceptional cases and in accordance with strict contractual regulations with the partner company.
mediXline takes precautions to ensure the security of your personal data. Your data will be conscientiously protected against loss, destruction, falsification, manipulation and unauthorized access.
Our servers are protected against attacks by firewall systems. An internal security system and an authorization concept ensure that your sensitive data is not accessible by our employees without special authorization. We would like to point out that despite our high security demands, information that you voluntarily share over the internet can be used by others. Therefore, mediXline GmbH cannot accept any responsibility or liability for the disclosure of information due to errors in data transmission and / or unauthorized access by third parties.
